- Phase I involves a deep-dive with the consumer in the form of ethnographic research, a home use test, or shopper behavior studies.
- Phase II employs team ideation based on the initial consumer learning, allowing us to see the consumer learning through the prism of the innovation team's knowledge and experience. Here we begin to shape our observations into potentially meaningful insights and related product/service offerings.
- Phase III deploys stimuli-rich consumer focus groups to explore the potential insights in more depth & understand how they ladder up into strategically meaningful consumer propositions.
